What types of henna do you use?
We use 100% natural and organic henna, free from harmful chemicals like PPD. Our henna is safe for all skin types and provides a rich, deep stain that develops beautifully over 24-48 hours.
How long does henna last?
Henna typically lasts between 1 to 2 weeks, depending on your skin type, where it's applied, and how well you follow the aftercare instructions. Areas with thicker skin (like palms) usually hold the stain longer.
Do you offer bridal packages?
Yes, we offer comprehensive bridal packages that include intricate henna designs for hands and feet, as well as hair styling, makeup, and skin treatments. Please contact us for a personalized consultation and quote.
Bookings & Appointments
How do I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment by calling us at 6293 9306 or by filling out the contact form on our website. For bridal services, we recommend booking at least 2-3 months in advance.
Do you accept walk-ins?
While we prefer appointments to ensure you get the best service without waiting, we do accept walk-ins based on availability. To avoid disappointment, we always recommend calling ahead.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This courtesy allows us to offer the time slot to another client on our waiting list.
Salon Policies & Info
What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday to Sunday, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. We are closed on major Public Holidays.
Do you offer home services?
Yes, we provide home services specifically for bridal henna and large group bookings (minimum 5 people). Additional travel fees apply based on location.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash, PayNow, and NETS payments at our salon. For home services, only Cash and PayNow are accepted.
